(Ancient Greek λύσις, “a loosening”, lýsis from lýein, „to separate“) is a proper name as well as a classical Greek term referring to a gradual recovery from disease in medicine and to a dissolving process in general. In this sense, the development of customer-oriented solutions takes centre stage in our company. Lysis – Individual Healthcare Solutions is not only our guiding principle but a liability towards our customers – it stands for independent consulting, exceptional quality and best prices. Besides a great variety of new and pre-owned ultrasound units, we also provide equipments and supplies like ultrasound-gel, printing paper or disinfection wipes.Due to our longstanding experience in the field of diagnostic ultrasound, our customers benefit from excellent quality and outstanding service. Thus, we are able to offer knowledgeable and demand-oriented consultation, independent from the producers of ultrasound units. We are happy to advice and support you in the acquisition of an ultrasound device that matches all your individual needs and requirements. Our service-team will also supervise you in the case of any questions regarding the purchased products and any other ultrasound devices in place.

Offical Dealer for Mindray 01 | 2020
The next big challenge is signed. Lysis gets the representation for Mindray ultrasound systems for the whole of Austria. Mindray decides to work with Lysis to serve the entire Austrian market. Our goal is to build up the brand as it has been practiced with Samsung for 5 years as the ideal partner for resident doctors and hospitals.
07 | 2018 New Office Building
The newly adapted location at Triester Straße 222, 8055 Graz goes into operation. We would like to thank our architect Helmut Dominikus (bauraum.at). The new property meets all modern requirements and currently offers 7 employees a great place to work at.
Samsung Representative Austria 09 | 2015
Lysis Healthcare became the official dealer for Samsung Medison Co. Ltd. in Austria. A big step has been taken. A product that has been with us for 5 years and represents a large part of our success story.
02 | 2014 Florian Lackner
Our steady growth required further support and we were very happy to welcome Florian Lackner. In the beginning Florian was mainly working in Austria and then later focusing on international sales.
New Office 07 | 2013
Our rapid growth quickly pushed us to the limits of our storage capacities, so we had to look for larger office space unexpectedly quickly. We were able to find and move into an office of around 200m² in Herrgottwiesgasse soon after.
09 | 2012 First Office
Our move into the first office at Algersdorferstraße 46, 8020 Graz. After a short time, the warehouse is well stocked with 10-15 ultrasound systems.
Foundation 09 | 2012
Lysis - Individual Healthcare Solutions OG is founded by the two partners Robert Lackner and Sebastian Tautscher. The motto is: now we are strong as a team!
